Reviews and Ratings
I had a pretty good stay overall. The hotel is located in a great spot, just a half a block from the Plaza de Armas and close to shopping and cafes. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice balcony, but the service was a bit unprofessional at times. While the dining options weren't great, there were definitely some highlights, like the reasonably priced mini bar. If you’re looking for a comfortable place at a decent price, this hotel is a good choice, though I wouldn’t recommend relying too much on the dining facilities.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, thanks to its excellent location just half a block from Plaza de Armas. The room had some nice features like a balcony and plenty of electrical plugs, but the furniture and bathroom were quite old. While the service was helpful, it lacked professionalism, and the dining experience was mediocre at best. Overall, it's a good option for the price, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and offered a balcony with a nice view, the service was helpful but could have been more professional. The location was great for walking to the city center, but I did feel a bit uneasy at night. Dining in the hotel wasn't the best; it was mediocre at best. Overall, I felt it provided decent value for the money, but there were definitely areas for improvement.
The hotel is in a prime location, just a half-block from the Plaza de Armas, making it easy to explore the vibrant city center. The rooms are spacious and equipped with good amenities, although the service could use some improvement as it was somewhat hit or miss. While there was a mini-bar with reasonable prices, the dining experience left a lot to be desired. Overall, the value for money is decent, but you might want to look elsewhere for a better meal.
The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the vibrant Plaza de Armas and Zona Luz, which was a huge plus for me. The rooms were clean and had a comfortable balcony for enjoying the view, although they were a bit on the small side. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. On the downside, the dining options left much to be desired, and the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at night.
